Rob GossChief Operating Officer
Rob was hired in December of 2010 to complete a two-practice merger, and lead the newly formed entity, ENT & Allergy of Delaware, to success. He was selected in part due to his knowledge, experience and success in roles in a number of businesses that included Manager of Information systems for a Fortune 100 company, Vice President for an advertising/marketing company, and CFO for a mid-size staffing firm. He reports directly to the Board, and is responsible for all practice operations. Rob is a member of the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators and the Medical Group Management Association. He currently resides in Highland Township, Pennsylvania with his wife Helen, and their 4 horses and 6 dogs.
Emily HarriganPractice Administrator
Emily joined the practice in 2008, after graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in Communication. She subsequently received her post-baccalaureate certificate in accounting from Goldey-Beacom College and completed the CPA exams. In her role as Practice Administrator, Emily wears a number of hats within the practice. She is the Human Resources Manager and Compliance Officer, and has oversight over all clinical sites, accounting services and the billing department. As our software super user, Emily was instrumental in successfully converting the practice from paper to electronic health records, and she continues to refine and improve our patient experience with the creation and application of protocols and procedures. Emily is a member of the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators and the Medical Group Management Association.
Colette BoydDirector of Clinical Site Services
In collaboration with patients, their families, staff and doctors, Colette overseas clinical administrative services across our four office locations. She supervises and ensures cohesion between each clinical site and oversees medical assisting for each facility as well as the audiology department. Prior to joining ENT & Allergy of Delaware, Colette was an Officer Manager supervising three different sites and multiple departments.
Lauren CrabillAllergy Manager
Lauren Crabill joined ENT & Allergy of Delaware in 2008 as part of our clerical staff and her role evolved into a clinical staff member. She is currently the manager of our Allergy Department and she also works as an allergy technician. She enjoys caring for patients and is currently in the process of becoming a registered nurse.
Michelle DiTeodoroDirector of Administrative Services
With over 13 years of experience in the medical field, Michelle oversees our patient call center and billing department ensuring excellent customer service. In addition, Michelle assists with our hiring processes and with new employee orientations. She also works closely with other administrative staff with reporting and credentialing for practice providers. Michelle began as a secretary at ENT & Allergy of Delaware in 2006, and quickly moved into a managerial role. She is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing and Retail.

Barbara Prestano, Au.D., CCC/A, C/ABA, F/AAADirector of Audiology
Dr. Barbara Prestano is a licensed Audiologist in the state of Delaware and is board certified by the American Board of Audiology. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology from Hofstra University in 1986. She then received her M.S. in Audiology from Central Institute for the Deaf; a division of Washington University in 1991. In 2003, she received her Clinical Doctorate, the Au.D., in Audiology from A.T. Still University. She is currently a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and is certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association. Prior to coming to Delaware, Dr. Prestano was the Director of Audiology for a large ENT Practice in New York. Additionally, she was also a college professor, teaching undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate courses in Audiology for St. Joseph’s College, Adelphi University and A.T. Still University. She has experience with Balance Testing and Electrophysiological Measures of the auditory system, and her specialty is amplification. Dr. Prestano facilitates numerous educational seminars and lectures to the public and to local universities.
